Whitney why did you leave us like that? When I heard that you passed away, I prayed that it was a rumor or a hoax but sadly you're gone! I've never met you in person but to me you're a glamorous auntie in my head that I wished I had in real life! You were full of joy, beauty and promise when you were younger but when you entered the Bobby Brown years, I was angry with you for destroying yourself like that! Yet you still the glamourous auntie you are, you sang your heart out and even acted in a few movies such as The Bodyguard, The Preacher's Wife and Waiting to Exhale which all are classics to this day. You still stumbled, battling your demons yet you keep going, still glamorous and don't give a damn what people think about you! Finally you ended the Bobby Brown years and tried to regain yourself. Like a phoenix rising from the ashes you finally succeeded this year, bringing a new movie Sparkle this year. I was so excited for you, glad for the comeback then this happened. I felt numb. I cannot believed you're gone! Why did God take you away? Why this happens when someone finally came through? Crazy as it sounds I believed that Whitney finally came at peace, no more pain and drama. I'm gonna miss you Whitney; your pretty smile, great sense of style and songs that always warm my heart. God and the angels in heaven will listen to your beautiful voice now. RIP Whitney!
